Core Competencies
Delta Remastered's Core Competency workshop will help your Staff understand Core Competencies of each role in your Organization, as well as how each Team Value is demonstrated in the Core Competency and how each Core Competency impacts a Key Business Driver.

Personal Development Plan Creation
Delta Remastered's Personal Development Plan workshop will coach your Staff through the reation of a Personal Development Plan for each individual and/or Team in your Organization by creating a plan based on demonstrating Team Values as they support Core Competencies, which support Key Drivers.  A Personal Activity Tracker template will be provided, which assists the Staff in tracking the goals realtime and facilitates pre-determined check-ins with their Leaders.
